The U-section butterfly valve features a semi-bolted body construction that combines rigidity with easy maintenance. The U-shaped body supports the upper and lower valve stems over their full length, giving the disc accurate concentric seating and long service life. It is interchangeable with many international U-section designs, making it an ideal replacement valve in existing pipelines. Typical duties include potable water, raw water, HVAC circulation and fire-fighting systems.
