Product Description

The wafer type soft-sealed butterfly valve is the most widely used shut-off valve in water supply and drainage networks. Its slim wafer body is clamped between standard pipe flanges, keeping cost, weight and installation space to a minimum. The molded EPDM seat is pressed directly into the body and seals against a mirror-polished disc edge, giving bubble-tight shut-off in both directions. WRAS approved compound is available for potable water applications.
