The center-line flanged butterfly valve has an integrally flanged body that eliminates the need for separate pipe flange gaskets and simplifies installation in demanding environments. The concentric (center-line) disc design keeps the stem centered in the bore, providing a resilient, bidirectional seal with minimal pressure loss. Its rigid flanged construction makes it especially suitable for shipbuilding, offshore platforms, power plants and pumping stations where vibration and pipe stress are present.
